1. Account

By signing up you agree to provide accurate information and to secure your login credentials. You're responsible for all activity on your account.

2. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Authorize.net. Cancel any time from Settings → Billing; you'll keep access through the end of the paid period.

3. Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. One-time charges processed through the tenant's own Authorize.net account are governed by the tenant's refund policy.

4. Data

You own your data. Export it at any time from Settings → Export. We retain your data for 30 days after cancellation to support reactivation, then delete it permanently.

5. Acceptable use

No spam, fraud, harassment, or illegal content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to other users or payment partners.

6. Liability

DS Business Suite is provided "as is." We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. We'll email account owners with at least 30 days' notice of material changes.
